1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 30-day Alive & Thrive Guarantee for plants. If your plant does not survive within 30 days of receipt, please contact us within 24-48 hours with a photo of the product. Send the photo, order number, and a brief description of the issue to [email protected]. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
2. Items Not Eligible for Returns
- Customized or Special Orders: Due to the specific nature of customized items, these cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Seasonal Items: For seasonal plants, returns are only accepted if there is damage or a quality issue at the time of delivery.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email [email protected] with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a description of the issue. Valid requests will be processed promptly, and we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the information provided.
4. Shipping Costs
- Returns Due to Our Error: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Other Returns: For returns that are not due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
5. Processing Time
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Replacements: Replacement plants will be shipped promptly after the return request is approved.
6. Exceptions
Plants that have been mishandled, improperly cared for, or exposed to extreme conditions (such as frost damage) are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
